change the opencart logo and footer in the admin panel 

 

easiest way to do this would be just to replace the main logo for admin site:

CODE: SELECT ALL

/public_html/admin/view/image/logo.png

for footer, edit the file:

CODE: SELECT ALL

/public_html/admin/language/english/common/footer.php
